ARSENAL LOOKING TO SELL WALCOTT?

Arsenal are ready to sell Theo Walcott.
The Daily Mail says Walcott meanwhile is unhappy with the offer of a new four-year deal, worth £70,000-a-week. He wants nearer £100,000 and has emerged as a target for Chelsea.
Wenger is prepared to allow the England international to leave at the right price, believed to be £15m.
The authenticity of this story is a dubious one, I don’t see how Arsene Wenger would rather deplete his squad rather than strengthen it, besides he would be strengthening the opposition In the process.
No doubt a lot of us Gooners feel Alex Oxlade Chamberlain is better, quite true but he is not as experienced as Walcott, Arsenal would be very strong with the two ex-Southampton FC speedsters playing together or one coming in for the other during matches.

Rumour has it that Theo wants wages near a £100,000 weekly, but in all sincerity he does not deserve that much but the truth is he should be paid the amount he wants not because he isone of the most important players in Arsenal but because of the following
1.       Theo is getting better with every season
2.       He’s been around for so long one would be excused for forgetting he’s only 23(he is yet to peak)
3.       We really do not want to sell a Walcott approaching his peak to a direct rival, it would confirm our status as a footballing school for the money bags.

we want to see him wearing the Arsenal red and white this coming season
Testimonies to Walcott’s threat
Walcott is well known for his blistering pace that accolades have come his way from players and coaches alike
·         Former Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola once declared that “you would need a pistol to stop him.
·         Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger likened him to the club's all time leading scorer, Thierry Henry.
·          FIFA World Player of the Year winner Lionel Messi has described Walcott as "one of the most dangerous players I have ever played against.

My thoughts?
Pay him what he wants, we cannot afford to loose him, not now.
